This Privacy Policy applies to Rihaaf Travels & Tours Pvt Ltd — our website, our quotation and voucher tools, our Pakistan tours, and any communication you have with our team on WhatsApp, phone, email or social media.

01 Information we collect

Hum sirf wohi maloomat lete hain jo booking, quotation ya query poora karne ke liye zaroori hoti hai:

• Identity & contact details — name, father/spouse name, CNIC or passport number (where required for tickets, visas or hotel check-in), date of birth, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address.
• Travel details — destination, dates of travel, number of travellers, room sharing, flight and hotel preferences, and any special assistance you ask for.
• Documents you send us — passport copies, CNIC copies, photographs and bank payment screenshots shared on WhatsApp or email for booking purposes.
• Quotation & voucher data — the packages, services and amounts entered in our quotation tool, so that we can issue and re-issue your voucher or invoice.
• Technical information — basic website logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site secure and working.

We do not ask for, and do not want, any information that is not needed for your travel booking.

02 How we use your information

• To prepare and send your quotation, invoice or voucher.
• To make bookings with airlines, hotels, transport providers and visa services.
• To contact you about your trip — confirmations, departure timings, pickup points and changes.
• To answer your questions on WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To keep records required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
• To improve our packages, pricing and service quality (using aggregated, non-identifying information).
• To send you occasional offers or updates — only if you have asked for them, and you can stop them at any time.

03 Quotations, vouchers & tour documents

Our quotation tool creates quotations and vouchers that may carry your name, party details and travel dates. These documents are shared only with you and, where necessary, with the hotel, airline or service provider named in them. Brochures and price sheets published on our website are generic and do not contain any customer's personal data.

04 Cookies & analytics

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

• Session cookies — to keep you logged in to the quotation tool while you work.
• Preference cookies — to remember simple settings so the site works as expected.
• Measurement tools — for example Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which helps us understand how our pages perform and show relevant offers. These tools may set their own cookies.

Aap apne browser ki settings se cookies block ya delete kar sakte hain. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the quotation tool from working.

05 WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram

Jab aap humein WhatsApp, Facebook ya Instagram par message karte hain, to aap ka message us platform ki apni privacy policy ke tehat bhi process hota hai. Hum sirf wohi baat-cheet rakhte hain jo aap ki query ya booking se related ho. Please avoid sending passport or payment screenshots to public comments or posts — send them to our official WhatsApp number instead.

06 Payments

We accept bank transfer and cash payments. We may receive a payment screenshot or deposit reference from you. We do not store your card numbers, PINs or internet-banking passwords. Please share only the deposit slip or transfer reference, never your banking credentials.

07 When we share details

Your information is shared only in these situations:

• Service providers — airlines, hotels, transport companies and visa agents, and only the details needed to complete your booking.
• Legal requirements — if a court, regulator or law-enforcement agency lawfully requires the information.
• With your consent — for anything else, we will ask you first.

08 How long we keep data

Booking and accounting records are kept for as long as required by Pakistani tax and business rules (generally up to seven years). Passport and CNIC copies are kept only until your travel is completed and any visa or hotel requirement is over, unless you ask us to keep them for your next trip. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

09 Data security

We use password-protected systems, restricted staff access, and secure connections where available. Our quotation tool is limited to authorised staff and account holders. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure — please share sensitive documents only through our official channels.

10 Your rights

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep by law.
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time.
• Ask a question or raise a concern about how your data is handled.

11 Children

Our services are booked by adults. Children travelling with a family are covered by the booking made by their parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

Our pages may link to other websites (for example Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps or partner hotels). Those websites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
